About Dilly:

Dilly needs a home. She is the most adorable character that you can't help but fall in love with. A true Patterdale through and through. She's full of fun and mischief. A loving and affectionate girl that likes to be close to her humans. Dilly has 2 settings.....she is either dead to the world sleeping her days away or she's out on a walk zooming and bouncing about like a puppy/spring lamb. In true terrier bitch form she can be a feisty little madam with other dogs. Some dogs she passes fine on walks, others she feels the need to give a good telling off and will be particularly vocal towards for no apparent reason. As she is hit and miss with other dogs she does need to remain on lead unless in a private secure area. Dilly has always lived with Dexter Patterdale and they could go out as a pair to a terrier savvy home. Equally she can go out as an only dog to a home that can give her all the love and fuss. Please note Dilly's house training isn't great and does require work. She travels fine. She's good on lead. No cats or small furries. Teens considered but no younger children please.

Dilly's ideal home would be with people who are home more often than not with lots of time and love to give. She is the most lovely little companion. Daft as a brush, sweet and silly. A little joy to have about. An adult only home would be ideal. A decent garden is a must for her to play, potter and sunbathe. She really enjoys a walk out each day and then to come home and cuddle up on her humans lap and snooze. She feels safe and content when close to her humans.

Health wise Dilly is great for her age, bloods and been done and came back perfect. She's had a scale and polish in rescue and is spayed . Her only issue is with chronic sore ears. She has had treatment whilst in rescue and will likely need meds (steroids) ongoing on an as and when basis if they ever flare up. Ears to be kept clean and monitored moving forwards. This will be discussed in more detail with any potential home.
